Important message from the artist…

Because I have been an artist most of my life, I turned to it to help me through my grief. I found that using color helped my mood. But if you have lost a loved one, any kind of art therapy — dancing, writing, crafts, etc. — or for that matter, exercise, will give you a lift. The pain will never go away but always dwelling on it will only hurt YOU.
